Ninety days, no questions

Use the product properly for up to ninety days from delivery. If it did not help, email us and we refund every cent you paid.

You do not ship anything back

The bottle can be open. The bottle can be empty. We do not ask you to pay return postage on something that did not work.

How to start

Write to us with your order number and one line about what happened. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.

How long the money takes

We issue the refund within two business days of agreeing it. Your bank usually takes another five to ten to show it.
