Where we ship

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

These windows start after processing and are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

• United States: 8 to 15 business days
• Canada: 10 to 18 business days
• United Kingdom and Ireland: 10 to 18 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 12 to 20 business days

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves the warehouse. Parcels ship from our production partner in Asia. Tracking often shows no movement for the first 3 to 5 days, and again during customs clearance. Both are normal, and neither means the parcel is lost.

Duties and import taxes

For orders shipping outside the United States, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout and paid on your behalf. You will not be asked to pay a second time on delivery.

Wrong or incomplete address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Before dispatch we can correct it; after dispatch we have to wait for the parcel to return to us. Contact us through the contact page as early as possible.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for 15 business days, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us. We open the carrier claim ourselves rather than asking you to deal with the carrier.
